Do You Suffer From Vibratory Angioedema?
Vibratory Angioedema linked to Urticaria

Chronic hives affect more people than you would really realize, and one of the rarest forms is called vibratory angioedema.

This type of skin condition is usually the reaction of the skin to certain vibrations. The result is usually a form of hives. This type of hives can actually be a deeper form of hives that hurts worse than other forms.

There are many different vibrations that can cause this skin disorder. Taking the time to learn about the various types of things that can cause it is a great way to prevent it.

Sometimes small vibrations such as riding in a car can even affect you. Most of the time, it is more rigorous vibration such as using a lawn mower or a motor vehicle such as an ATV or a motorcycle.

You can also find that running or jogging can affect you. Another problematic stimulus can be using a towel to dry off.

These are all things that you should avoid if you have this condition known as vibratory angioedema.

The reason is that if you do not put yourself out there into the situations where you will be exposed to vibrations, you are unlikely to have any breaking out in hives. This is about the only way to treat or prevent this problem.

If you think that you may have this disorder, then you may want to take the time to look at the symptoms to see if they go along with the symptoms of vibratory angioedema.

Usually hives appear after the exposure. They can usually appear within just a couple of minutes of the vibration exposure. You will find that they will normally go away on their own within an hour. If you have this repeatedly, then you may suffer from this type of skin disorder.
