Urticaria

Managing your Heat Urticaria
When you have the condition called heat urticaria, then you will find that extremely hot temperatures give you
hives.
Some people call this a heat rash, but sometimes it can actually be a bit more severe than just your average heat
rash. If you find that your skin starts to break out in hives whenever you are exposed to temperatures or
situations that cause your body to get really hot and sweaty, then you are probably prone to this condition. It is
not a fun condition, and can really be quite bothersome.
Heat urticaria can be prevented somewhat by trying to stay out of hot situations. You may still find that it
plagues you with a rash if you get sweaty, and not necessarily when you are hot. Sometimes, you can sweat because
your are sick and it will even cause you to break out in hives. Most people wonder why this condition affects them,
and it really has a lot to do with the sensitivity of your skin. If you have ultra sensitive skin, then you may be
more likely to get this type of skin condition.
If you suffer from heat urticaria from time to time, then you may want to consider taking some sort of
antihistamine products in order to fight off your chances of having this heat rash. This can greatly reduce the
amount of times you break out. Also, remember to not wear clothing that is going to cause you to sweat and
perspire.
This can be very helpful when preventing this condition. There is no way to prevent it totally, as you may often
still find yourself having to deal with breaking out in hives. Urticaria is sometimes manageable, and that is the
thing that you should always take the time to remember.
